I honestly, don't know much
about photograph, but the photograph that I choose, was a iconic picture of
“Flower Power” of the pacifism of the hippie this period.
This picture was taken by
Marc Giraud on October 21, 1967, during the march of the pentagon against the
vietnam war.
This photo show to Jan Rose
Kasmir, a young of 17 years that participated of the march.
In the picture, we can see
the courage of the young Kashmiri, who approaches the military of pentagon the
match and shows them a flower.
I like how the flower and
bayonet it confront in this photo, and the delicacy of Kasmir for show the
flower. The flower is the complete opposite of the weapon, I really think that
was a cute form of protest the one that was given this day in the Pentagon.
in an interview, Kasmir says
she was surprised that the military was so young, and the photographer says he
saw that the military were shaking.

I've never seen this photo but I think it was really iconic picture
