The activities of Blogs in the english class

This activities of the blogs in english class have like objective improve the writing and lexicon in english, through the created of post on internet about topics choose previously by the teacher or by the student in addition to make comments on others blogs of classmates.

at the beginning I didn't know anything about of creating blogs, and I was publishing in other site of page blogger.com, so that finally I was not publishing nothing.

At the beginning it was very difficult for me to carry out the activity because of my inexperience creating blogs and little little command with English, what combined with my academic charge it complicated me even more.

I think that with this activities my writing skill in english were up, but I don't know if this is true, and if it is I do not know how much it increased.

the blogs that I've enjoyed the most are the of free topic, because I can writing about the things que I like or that I know better, but when they ask to create a blogs about a specific topic, sometime I not know that writing and finally I invent things with the only purpose of finishing the task, that's why I could not recommend blogs for the future, because the tastes of each person are very different.

Psychiatry

The Psychiatry is a field of medicine that study the mental disorders with the objective of describe, demarcate to be able to establish a diagnosis more accurate of this disorders, helping to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and efficacy of your treatment.

This semester in Psychiatric we have reviewed different disorder like the affective disorders  (unipolar and bipolar depression). In personality disorders we saw the cluster A (paranoid, schizoid and schizotypal disorder), cluster B (Borderline, histrionic, narcicist, psicopatic and antisocial disorder) and cluster C (characterized by anxiety disorders). Also we reviewed eating disorders, the cerebral organic cases, epilepsies, dementia (Alzheimer and vascular dementia), alcoholism and addiction, in addition to some psychotropic drugs and this year they added two class of child psychiatry.

We have two teacher, schedules and places differents of class. The day Wednesday afternoon we have class whit a teacher that is psycologist in the Juan Gomez Milla faculty, and the day thusrday morning we have class in the psychiatric hospital of Universidad de Chile with a teacher that is psquiatrythe previous makes classes more tangled and confusing, because both teachers review different subjects and have different teaching methods, however, both speak of their subject in an expository way but the teacher Psycologist add personal experiences and acts mental disorders, this makes the class more fun.

I like this subject because It is very important for training as a clinical psychologist.

Ronal Betancourt

      Ronald Betancourt was a psycologist very influential in the experimental psycology in Chile.

      He first studied veterinary medicine at the University of Chile, later he entered Psychology in the same university, obtaining the title of psychologist the year 1979, and in the year 2003 receives his title of doctor in psychology, being within the first generation of doctors in psychology of the country.

      As a psychologist, he dedicated his work fundamentally to academic life, even though at the beginning of his career he practiced professional work. Betancourt created training spaces for pre-graduate students, such as the "Laboratorio de Psicología del Aprendizaje, which is still active today with the name of "Laboratorio experimental Ronald Betancourt" in his honor.

      Ronald Betancourt was participed of  the "Sociedad Chilena de Etología " and the "Asociación Chilena para la Formación Académica y Profesional del Psicólogo" (Achifaps), futermore of was be the national represent of the "Sociedad Interamericana de Psicología" (SIP).

      As specialist in experimental psychology, he was interested in the learned helplessness and subsequently with the creation of Laboratorio de Psicología del Aprendizaje, Betancourt was focused in the componets Pavlovianos of the behavior addictive, this being his most powerful line of work.

     His work was during a time when experimental psychology in Chile was weakened by the military dictatorship, so Ronald Betancourt became a great influence in this area, and his legacy continues today.

Aikido

     The Aikido  whose meaning is "the path of energy and harmony" is a martial art from Japón created by Morihei Ueshiba in the year 1942. To creat the Aikido, Ueshiba was influence by other martial arts like Daito Ryu Aikijujitsu, kentjutsu, yarijutsu beetwen others, and of religion Omotokyo.

     Unlike other martial arts, in the aikido not use hits of fists or foots, but use the  evasion and circular or spiral redirection of the strength of the attacker, for this reason it is said that an aikido practitioner should not use his own strength to defeat his attacker.

     Aikido has now spread throughout Japan, demanding its practice in Japanese schools and police, because thanks to its characteristics, aikido can not be used to harm another person, only to make the "good".

     Although many people doubt the effectiveness of Aikido, I really like this martial art for the harmony and skill that practitioners develop, what makes it a very interesting art to learn and practice.

My Favourite Photo

I honestly, don't know much about photograph, but the photograph that I choose, was a iconic picture of “Flower Power” of the pacifism of the hippie this period.

This picture was taken by Marc Giraud on October 21, 1967, during the march of the pentagon against the vietnam war.

This photo show to Jan Rose Kasmir, a young of 17 years that participated of the march.

In the picture, we can see the courage of the young Kashmiri, who approaches the military of pentagon the match and shows them a flower.

I like how the flower and bayonet it confront in this photo, and the delicacy of Kasmir for show the flower. The flower is the complete opposite of the weapon, I really think that was a cute form of protest the one that was given this day in the Pentagon.

in an interview, Kasmir says she was surprised that the military was so young, and the photographer says he saw that the military were shaking.

      

Rats Lovers

How take care to your rats

The rats is rodents myomorpha from genus Rattus, this pertain  family Muridae, These can reach 46 cm in long (depending of species).
This genus contain around of 56 to 65 species, mostly from Asia origin.

the past year I was got my two first rats (from lineage sprague dawley), both are  female. At the beginning I did not know how take care of to my new pets, because never I was have nothing kind of rodent, only cats, dog, and birds. So in this blog, I will give tips for take care of this pets.

How many rats?:
The rats are social animals, if your have only one rat's, you should play quite with the purpose of that your pet does not stress, but if your have two or more, but if you have two or more, they will be able preen themselves. This does not mean that you not should play with your pets.

Cage:
Let's hope so that the cage is sufficiently big for that the rats not mood imprisoned. These cages can be made of wood, plastic, glass and metal, but you remember that the walls should be smooth, because to rats love gnaw.
This cage should be enough height, for that the rats not escape, or this should have cover.
Occasionally you should release to the rats, but you have to be careful.

Implements: 
House for rats, I advise using cardboard boxes and change the boxe when the rats will  break it
Drinking fountain for rats.
Egg boxes for that the rats gnaw.
Recycled paper chip, the chip of wood can cause respiratory illness in the rats.
Others...

Food:
The rats are omnivores, it can eat: lentlis, rice, pasta, eggs and meat cooked, wheat seeds, watermelon, aple, banana, peach, cooked green vegetable etc. But the rats not eat cheese, this is a myth.

My relationship with technology.

My favorite pieces of techonology.

I have lot relationship with technology, but it is quite precarious. If well I can learn rapid, most time I not need use an advanced technology.

       

The pieces of technology what I use the more is the mobile phone and computer.

My mobile phone go with me to all places, this useful me for a lot things, for example I have a best communication, for listen to music, take photos, record moments etc... Instead, I can't go with my computer to all places, but I use this a lot for read and writing the articles that me demands the university, also, I use my computer for edit picture and videos that I use how publicity for a voluntary work. I like both for the usefulness that I can give them. 

without this pieces of technology, my life would be slower than normal.
